Woke up in the lounge at about 3pm... Assignment done and finito! ;)

Then i remind myself that there are still four more pending - time for some depressing Portishead... :(

Spent most of the day in the lounge recovering from my overnight stay... What can i say, more OSS problems in the pipework and Jason has to see the MONSU board for the letter he wrote that sparked off the whole thing (man, he's like a self-styled revolutionary leader now! Spartacus lives!). Curse my caution... but i just don't feel that its right that i should speak out directly on how the organisation was run this year - although i'm quite sure my feelings are known - for a variety of reasons, guilt being the foremeost. I should have done something earlier! That and the constant reminder that it was in fact me who stood down at the beginning of my second term and that if i hadn't this whole mess might not have occured. *sigh* Dammit, why do people always think that i have all the answers!!!???

Personally, i think that the saddest thing is to see what we have so painfully built with good intentions and love being torn down by distrust and confusion. Really tears at my soul... :(

Ah well, another lesson learnt. I have decided that i will escort Jason to the board and defend my old friend... hopefully i still hold some sway there.

Other than that, a lot of people are confiding in me these days (not that i would ever tell anyone of these so don't bother asking) which is strange... Well, went to Swinburne Uni this evening with Alex to see the end of MCW week party going on there. Had a suprisingly good time given that we showed up late (do you know how far away i live???). Never seen Chai so happy - he and his team have got a lot to be proud of... their first MCW! Those always seem to be the best... Chatted to a few people and then went home dead tired, but unable to sleep (as can be evidenced here!)...
