Mood: Damn tired

Short post due to exhaustion (do you realise these kind of posts only occur on Fri and Sat?)...

Yup, FCUK event is over... man, that was pretty tiring all in all. Got to Atmosphere with Johnny at 2pm... lots of other people but we were a little shy to say the least. ;p

Anyhow, we had to do the movement coordination thing first with the rest of the 'talent' (sorta like the background models, aka first timers - see? Modelling slang!) and the actual models... that took about an hour... after that the girls had to put on makeup while the guys got two hours off (hah! Sexism my ass)... went with a group of them to KLCC to have lunch and run around in general. Chatted with them for a bit as well... nice bunch, most are about 21-24 and studying at uni (met one guy who goes to Monash here) so it wasn't exactly hard for us to get along... met with Joa and Jules at KLCC as well to introduce them as well...

Went back to the hotel after that where we got our makeup (mainly heavy eye shadow and highlights - geez, with the hair later i think i looked like a band member of Good Charlotte... man, i wanna be in a punk band! Must start guitar lessons soon) and hair (amazingly they managed to spike it up despite it being short)... proceeded to bum around, smoke, chat and watch Discovery Channel for the next 4 hours... Was very bored...

And on a side note, most of the girls - although amazingly tall and thin - were, well, good to ok looking without makeup (y'know, the kind that would turn your head but who you'd forget about in 5 mins) but once they were all dolled up... daaaamn... still, having seen them before that did kill it somewhat. Most of the guys were ok looking as well, nothing too exceptional, but great to hang out with! Made quite a few new friends... mostly male cuz the girls were all a bit stand offish (and not single)... :(

As for the actual event Joa, Julian and Victor came along... Vic actually got hauled up on stage during the preshow by the (very loud, large, and apparently famous) chinese woman MC where she proceeded to verbally castrate 'spring chicken' Vic... ;p Will not go into too much detail out of 'charity' to him as he might well be reading this... ;p

Hmmm... how to describe the actual show? Well, Joa took a lot of pics so i'll try and get that up somewhere when she develops them ok? ;p

Afterwards, well, long story short, partied at the venue after the event then went up to the room to change back (i was asked if i wanted to do some more work! Yay! Extra income! *grinz*) and then went mamak with some of the guys, plus one French girl and Joa, Jules and Vic... Said our goodbyes, took a few more pics, swapped numbers, and then left...

Met up with my old friends Lat and Leonard afterwards at Sri Hartamas for more drinks until 4am...

Johnathan's leaving soon and Vic is going back up to Penang tommorow while Julian is going back to Singapore on Monday... maaan, hope the fun times don't end here... :(

If you can't tell, i'm really tired right now... don't think i'm typing this very well... need sleep now... zzz

Still not paid yet but will call the modelling ppl on Monday... Great experience! Wouldn't mind doing it again...
