Another incredibly restless night due to some pretty funky dreams again - none of which i can remember (don't you hate that?) although i recall that as per usual i died in it again... :(

Anyhow, woke up really early this morning feeling incredibly dehydrated and a little... well... high. Only had three hours of sleep but i was feeling really frantic for some unknown reason. That, and i could smell that familiar scent of sickeningly sweet 'pestilence' (for lack of a better word to describe it) everywhere around me which is always a precursor to my falling ill in a short, following period of time... Nice to see that it still works as while i write this i feel the not so tender caress of a fever coming on along with all the bone deep aching, blisteringly dry skin and sense of sickness that comes with it - and THAT SMELL! Urgh! Nobody else seems to notice it but its driving me nuts!!!

*sigh* I hate getting ill - well, hopefully it ain't bird flu or SARS... *cross fingers* On the bright side i hardly ever get ill and when i do its usually just for a 24 hour period, which is good since i've got something like three assignments to try and complete by Wednesday! :p

Spent most of today hunting around for text books in PJ, and then went to uni in order to go to the library for a bit and have some grub. Met up with Leonard while i was there, and had lunch with him and his friends. Had an urge to have an ice blended mocha at this point (DAMN HOT today) but he had class so i instead went to the nearby Coffee Bean with his friend (whose name escapes my fever riddled brain at this moment) and got to know a fellow insomniac and ex-heavy smoker (who's unwittingly starting to motivate me to quit again)! Well, at least i'm starting to get to know some people... :)

Missed my salsa lesson with my mother and her friends because of the traffic on the way back so i ended up crashing/fainting/collapsing onto my bed from some strange 'twisting' stomach pains at this point and waking up with a fever in full swing... Joy. Well, in my opinion the trick is to drink plenty of liquids (barley preferably), maintain a healthy appetite, keep yourself in good spirits (aka ignorance is bliss) and maintain the exercise routine - always works like a charm! Struggle through old boy, struggle through because a weekend of sinful enjoyment is almost upon us! ;)

Remember kids! Virtue is its own reward, but then so is sin! Muahahahahahaaaaaa!!!

Ok, i crash now. Fevered dreams are always the most entertaining anyhow...
