Mood: Insomnia strikes again

Man, does that title sound wrong or what?

Anyway, just thought that i might as well get myself updated all the way (that and i can't sleep):

Monday: Went to uni, skipped my morning tute - i hate tutes - and hung around with Selina at Coffee Bean for a few hours during my break. Ah, nice to know that there are other people who are just as cynically depressed as i am with the world around us. Meh. Even got a phone call from my lecturer during this time asking why i didn't show up for the tute and, oh, would i be so kind as to see her ASAP? Went all right though (i'm a pro at this)... life however, as per usual, still sucks. *sigh*

Had dinner with Julian and Joa's parents in the evening at this Western mamak grill in SS3. Good salmon steak! Think i made a good impression on her dad (despite looking like my typically scruffy self) because he's a real history buff as well... Good all in all. Julian stayed over at my place for the night since Joa and her parents were leaving for Shanghai that night. Hung out with Leonard and Kenny with all four of us sampling some Maggi mee goreng near Sentral (i consider myself a connoisseur in this) followed by an hour or two of Counterstrike at Megamall. Its been a while since i last played CS but i think i handled myself decently (*nyuk* *nyuk*). Sweet place, they actually offer free drinks while you play!

Tuesday/today: Hung around with Julian for most of the day as i had to take him to the bus station by 1pm. Had lunch at home thanks to my ma and then we went to Bangsar Shopping Centre for some coffee before dropping him off at the station. His next visit will be around the middle of next month so its gonna be a while before all three of us hang out again. That and Joa's going down to S'pore when she gets back next week...

Damn. Everybody's busy over the upcoming weekend... what to do, what to do?

Oh... (this one's for Joa) Yes, i finally got in touch via SMS with that Ally girl from the speed date while under the somewhat stern aegis of Julian at the 'Bean. So there! Of course, she messages me back asking who i am, to which i dutifully reply, and to which she has never messaged me back since...

Well. That went well.

Anyway, closure has been achieved so everyone can stop bugging me over icq to call her!

In other news i have just got my hair cut in order to get rid of my insane curls. All i can say is don't ever go to a RM15 Indian barber if you want to get your hair done - the first comment i got was "I didn't know you were a National Service trainee?" spoken in total honesty. Urgh.
