Well the fucking assignment's done for what its worth... Would have helped if i had finished it BEFORE the 5pm cutoff though!!! ARGH... nevermind, it'll give me time to tidy up my rush job *SIGH*

AND i have another one due Monday... Its a pretty shit load despite having only three subjects (two of which are three pointers!!!)... No rest for the wicked or devil worshippers. Hrmph. Even satan's overrated.

Anyhow. As you may have guessed i spent pretty much the entire day toiling away on my assignment as well as sleeping away most of the early evening. Did my gym as well and since i was in a rather lousy mood at the time i decided that now was as good a time as any to work all that pent up angst away by increasing the difficulty of my routine (its about time too i think). Let me just say that its amazing how adding an extra 15% difficulty to everything you do in the gym can take your mind off anything and everything aside from your now pain-wracked body... woo, great workout though! ;p

On a brighter note i managed to download that old classic: Duke Nukem. Those were the days... *wistfully recalls the time when players could not look up or down in a 3D game* Having a lot of fun mindlessly (in the truest sense of the word - its the Duke!) blowing things apart and getting rid of whatever angst was left over from the gym...

I was in the mood for some serious drinking tonight but nobody seemed to be free - Kwong Heng was stuck at work, Joa and Julian were... er... 'tired', and Leonard wanted to play Generals. Pfft. Ok, so i played Generals with him after all but hey, i tend to look on it as an achievement! At least i'm not drinking myself into a stupor by my lonesome anymore! :)

Hopefully tommorow will be better. Most of my family will be waking at around 6am (2 hours from now to be exact) in order to do the Chinese Day of the Dead thing where they go with the other one million or so Chinese in the country to the graveyards in order to eat large amounts of salted pork and light massive numbers of joss sticks. Oh, and they'll remember and respect the dead, etc... I think i'd rather work on my assignment at home - i'm pretty sure 'skinny uncle' and the rest will understand. ;p

And if not they can come and tell me so themselves! I mean, if I were dead i'd be well... dead. BUT assuming that there was some funky heaven made of burnt paper houses, mercedes benzes and money i really think that the mindset of said relatives (having known them in life) would be more along the lines of it being all too troublesome. Hey if i was 80 and no one really cared about me except for the odd ang pow i wouldn't give too much of a damn about you myself - appreciate me more now that i'm dead will you?!?! Damn hypocritical whippersnappers... That, and they'd probably be too happy enjoying said items and copious amounts of mahjong anyhow. Makes you wonder if there's inflation up there what with so many people burning that much money into the system every year and each time someone dies...

Been invited for some sort of thing at Bar Savanh tommorow night courtesy of Joa... most likely involving a large table occupied by a large group of her PWC friends. Joy. What do you say to a room full of auditors? Yeah, it DOES sound like a bad joke... ;p

Need alcohol soon. Also need to stop smoking as i'm back to about a pack a day (doh).
