Whoa indeed.

Well, yeah, so there hasn't been too much of an update for the past... five days?

Damn, time DOES fly.

What can i say? I've been pretty damn busy for the last few days either meeting up with my group, rambling through a fever induced haze (c'mon immune system - live up to your name dammit!), watching the olympics and... er... getting hopelessly addicted to Command & Conquer Generals...

*whistles innocently*

However, rest assured that this blog will now be back to its normal daily schedule. Hrmmm... on that note these 'breaks' of mine are occuring more and more frequently eh? ;)

Hey, life's like that - just gotta live with it i guess...

Ok, just a quick update about a few things which i'll list out in short order before i proceed to crash (and hopefully not burn) into the comfort that is my bed.

1. If you haven't already heard, yes Zamil made it through to the final 10. No sweat. Of course there was that tiny moment of doubt which was brought about by the order in which the presenters were releasing the results... the first person they called to attention was Fazli who was then eliminated from the competition. This naturally set everyones brains rolling that they were just going to call out the people who were kicked out first and who should they name next but Zams?

Geez, i almost had a heart attack (and from what i heard he almost had one too!)... ;p

Ah well, the important thing is that he's still in and should be up again on Friday so be sure to vote again ok? ;)

Hrmmm... on that note, this whole new weekly voting thing is beginning to get, well, highly expensive since i am sincerely trying to throw in votes on behalf of all you guys overseas (you know who you are) and to put it mildly, being unemployed at the moment does not exactly help my situation in throwing in RM100 worth of votes every single week - and even thats a bit low given the number of 50 vote wedges which i have to throw in for everyone in Aus. In fact, i've actually calculated the cost at hovering at around RM1000 by the time this competition is over! Assuming he gets to the final that is (and he will believe you me!!! Go Zams!!!)...

So, er, if any of you guys have family or friends around these parts could you get them to vote on your behalf? I mean, yes i know that many of you promised to pay me back some of this (no need really lah) but its starting to get a little tight. Please let me know because the guilt of otherwise not voting on behalf of people who would otherwise vote for him would kill me!!!

It WOULD be nice if some of you could petition Chen Hoe to at least take some of the load of yours truly *pathetic sniffle*...

Thanks for the understanding yah? Gonna cut down to RM50 tops otherwise... (not to mention get a job - man! Is this Idol obsessive behaviour?) ;p

2. Nothing much to report... every day has pretty much been the same thus far. About the only interesting one was on Saturday when pretty much everyone i knew (Alvin, Chen Hoe, JJ, Albert, Joa, Misuki(?), Siak Kong and a few more) met up for a pretty eventful night. Started off with beer at the Plaza Mont Kiara over the sounds of the free Jazz festival being held there, followed by one large LAN gaming session and the always necessary mamak. A great night really - one that i'm too tired to go into detail... although i'm pretty sure JJ would have typed up something about it.

3. Thats about it i guess... aside from this weird dream where Alvin was dating a psychopathic androgynous female who is male whose mother was actually her father and who kept some really weird live 'Call Of Chuthulu' thingy in a jar... but i'll spare you the details.

Although i swear that i will never look at him the same way. ;)
